Envirostruct Services has its own precast concrete plant that it uses to manufacture concrete sleepers, retaining wall panels and concrete tilt up fencing. Concrete sleepers and galvanised steel or concrete posts are available for sale to the general public from our concrete plant or they can be delivered to your project with installation instructions.
